v1.5.0 New May 2026

Multi-engineer company accounts

  • Team owners can now invite engineers by email and manage seats from the web dashboard.
  • Job assignment — owners can assign or reassign jobs to any engineer in the team.
  • Certificate approval workflow — every CP12 and safety notice routes through an owner review queue before reaching the customer.
  • Company-wide analytics: revenue by engineer, job volume, and CP12 compliance across the full landlord portfolio.
v1.4.0 New March 2026

AI fault diagnosis

  • Engineers can now describe symptoms in plain language and receive structured diagnostic guidance on-site.
  • Covers boilers, gas fires, and cookers — the most common fault categories in residential work.
  • Guidance is contextual: follow-up questions narrow down the likely cause before suggesting checks.
  • Note: AI guidance is a second opinion only. Engineer judgement always applies.
v1.3.2 Improved February 2026

Offline sync improvements

  • Faster sync on reconnect — large queues (20+ jobs) now sync in the background without blocking the UI.
  • Conflict resolution improved: if the same job is edited on two devices while offline, the most recent change wins and both versions are logged.
  • Sync status indicator added to the job list — engineers can see which records are pending upload at a glance.
  • Fixed an edge case where photos taken in airplane mode were not always included in the sync queue.
v1.3.0 New January 2026

New certificate forms

  • Added CP4 (Purging), CP7 (Emergency), and CP17 (Flue Performance) to the certificate library — now at 15+ total.
  • All new forms are available offline and generate a branded PDF instantly on completion.
  • Engineers can pre-fill recurring customer and appliance details to reduce on-site typing.
  • Form validation now flags required fields before submission to prevent incomplete certificates.
v1.2.0 New December 2025

Certificate approval workflow

  • Introduced the first version of the approval queue for solo engineers with a connected web dashboard.
  • Certificates move through three states: Draft → Awaiting approval → Sent to customer.
  • Engineers receive a push notification when a certificate is approved and the PDF has been emailed.
  • Audit trail added: every state change is logged with a timestamp for compliance and dispute resolution.
