Heatflow started with a simple observation: gas engineers are highly skilled professionals doing work that keeps people safe and warm — yet they were still filling out carbon-copy certificates with a biro, chasing customers for signatures, and emailing PDFs from a personal Gmail account. The software that existed was either too expensive, too clunky, or simply not designed for how engineers actually work on site.
We built Heatflow specifically for UK Gas Safe registered engineers. Every screen, every workflow, and every form was designed around the reality of van-to-doorstep work: unreliable signal, tight schedules, and the need to look professional in front of landlords and homeowners. The app works fully offline, generates compliant PDFs on the spot, and handles everything from CP12s to AI-assisted fault diagnosis — so engineers can focus on the job, not the paperwork.
